I got my first interview today, i got a call from their HR Manager to talk to me about my application, and then she pass the call to a Head to have a short interview with me. Well, i din do really well in the interview thru phone just now and i was quite nervous as this happen quite sudden.
Well, cut the story short, wat make me sad was that i got the wrong company name and tats lead me for a wrong company information ..... and i was so embarrassing during the interview just now as i asked them the wrong company name and end up i need to ask for the correct company name, OMG !
Actually this company was recommended by my ex-boss, and also helped out by my dad's fren, few days ago, my dad sent me an email, which is an email from his fren, saying tat my ex-boss's fren need a material engineer and he recommended me and asked me to call for job opportunity, but unfortunately, he mistaken the company's name, it should be *EV , but he type wrongly as *VE , which is also doing engineering field company, but with different industry. That's why i found the wrong info bout the company. After tat, when i do research on this company, onli i realised, wow, is an oil and gas industry company, is an industry field that many of us wil opt to go for and is really hard to get in, especially with my lousy result. I felt so wasted because if i could know the company correct information, then i wil ans more better just now.
Well, what passed is passed, just hope for a better day tomolo ~~ But, i am really grateful to everyone who helped me, especially my dad, and also my ex-boss who recommended me into that company. This really shows that, one who sincerely perform well in the company will get their pay one day.
I felt moody whole day, for not perform perfectly just now, although is just a phone interview, but ... really missed a good chance. However, i am feeling better now after sharing in this blog.
Wish to have a better chance tomolo ~ Gambatte !
